- Can I upgrade my service?
- Yes, any Cloud Compute instance can be upgraded by opening a support ticket.
- Can I downgrade my service?
- Cloud Compute instances cannot be downgraded due to limitations in operating system file systems. A downgrade would require you to purchase a new instance, transfer your data, and cancel the old one.
- Can I change the reverse DNS records for my instance's IP addresses?
- Yes, reverse DNS can be modified at any time in the VPS control panel.
- Why is only 1 IPv6 address allocated to instances?
- We allocate 1 IPv6 address to instances to reduce waste of our IPv6 resources. Need more IPv6 addresses assigned to an instance? No problem, just open a support ticket.
- What is the process to setup BGP sessions?
- Simply order the "BGP Sessions" addon for the instance you would like BGP on, our staff will reach out via support ticket to guide you through the rest of the process.
